E-Commerce Fulfillment - Part-Time & Full- Time (Burbank, CA)

Requirements and expectations:
- In a timely manner, pull and pack merchandise from the sales floor to fulfill eCommerce orders by using order reports downloaded from store computer.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals.
- Exercises sound judgment within the scope of the situation and act in the best interest of both the customer and company.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, environment with the ability the maintain composure.
- Works independently, and seeks supervisor support when necessary.
- Operate computer system to complete the pull of orders and print shipping labels.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and neat eCommerce work area.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Experience using Microsoft office products.

Graphic Designer (Burbank, CA)

Requirements and expectations:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledgeable of camera and lighting equipment.
- Creative thinking to conceptualize online content to portray the brand voice.
- Create Gifs, banners, memes, etc. for social media and blogs.
- Assist with research and various day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Attention to detail.
- Retouching photos.
- Knowledge of interactive design, websites, blogs, social media and user experience.

Content & Production Manager (Burbank, CA)
Requirements and expectations:
- Creative thinking to conceptualize online content to portray the brand voice.
- Knowledgeable of camera and lighting equipment.
- Knowledgeable of video/photo editing.
- Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create and edit short tutorial and branded videos.
- Manage a production budget.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Responsible for seeing a production through from beginning to end.
- Planning content calendars.
- Oversee internal and external video teams and editors to produce compelling video and content optimized for digital and social platforms.
- Strong written, verbal and editing skills.

Requirements and responsibilities:
