Requirements and expectations:
- Creative thinking to conceptualize online content to portray the brand voice.
- Knowledgeable of camera and lighting equipment.
- Knowledgeable of video/photo editing.
- Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create and edit short tutorial and branded videos.
- Manage a production budget.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Responsible for seeing a production through from beginning to end.
- Planning content calendars.
- Oversee internal and external video teams and editors to produce compelling video and content optimized for digital and social platforms.
- Strong written, verbal and editing skills.
- Think and operate both strategically and tactically—prioritize, multi-task, and manage projects and resources efficiently against tight deadlines within budget and resource capacities.

Graphic Designer
Requirements and expectations:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledgeable of camera and lighting equipment.
- Creative thinking to conceptualize online content to portray the brand voice.
- Create Gifs, banners, memes, etc. for social media and blogs.
- Assist with research and various day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.

- Retouching photos.
- Knowledge of interactive design, websites, blogs, social media and user experience.

Social Media Intern
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Merchandising experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable in front of the camera.
- Creative thinker to conceptualize online content that portrays brand voice.
- Comfortable with building relationships with influencers.
- Experience with customer service.
- Knowledgeable with camera equipment & lighting.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
- Attention to detail.
Gain experience in:
- Ins and outs of all social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
- Managing and developing the digital community.
- Product photography.
- Coordinating product reviews and giveaways.

Product Development Intern
Requirements and expectations:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Trend forecast and create trend boards.
- Creating color layouts and charts.
- Conceptualize and create mood boards for new projects.
- Developing and formulating new products.
- Partner collaboratively with creative, marketing and operations departments to ensure products are innovative and timely.
- Maintain a strong understanding of cosmetics business.
- Resolves production and relationship issues that arise by partnering with suppliers.
