Where can I purchase Artist Couture products?
All Artist Couture products are sold online and the Diamond Glow Powders are sold in select stores. Please visit our “Stores” tab for our full list of stores to find a location near you. 

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, please note that 
all international orders may include customs fees and can take up to 1-3 weeks to reach its destination. International orders must be processed through a customs facility and may be held at the facility to be claimed. We highly recommend finding your nearest facility to be able and check on the status of you order once 1-3 weeks have passed. If a package is not claimed, it will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued. Please also note that shipping charges will not be refunded for international orders.

All international orders are prone to have minimal tracking once the package leaves the US. Please contact your local customs office within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed to obtain more international tracking information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to P.O boxes and APO addresses as well.

How do I use a promo/coupon code?
You can apply a promo/coupon code at checkout before processing payment. If your code does not work, please contact us at info@artistcouture.com

How many promo codes can be used per order?
Only one code can be used at a time. Our system will only accept one per order.

What payment is accepted on Artist Couture?
American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment.

Can I use Visa/Mastercard gift cards?
Visa/Mastercard gift cards can ONLY be used to purchase an Artist Couture gift card. If you’d like to purchase a product, it must be with an Artist Couture gift card. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please refer to the tracking number provided and allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?
If you have any changes that need to be made, please email info@artistcouture.com immediately and include the information that will need to be updated. 

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return a product you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product. Any orders that have used a promo/coupon code are final sale and are non-refundable. ALL limited-edition products are non-refundable. The product must be unused and sent back to us prior to processing a refund. Once the item has been received we will process a refund (excluding the shipping cost) within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account. 

What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept any exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please email us at info@artistcouture.com immediately to cancel your order. 

What if my order has arrived damaged or defective?
Please visit our “Policy” tab for a full list of instructions should this occur. 

Does Artist Couture have a maximum purchase policy?
A maximum amount can be applied to limited edition products at our discretion.

Are Artist Couture products vegan and cruelty free?
All Artist Couture products are cruelty free. Any item containing the ingredient Carmine is not considered vegan. Supernova, Ros'e, Broadway, our Luxurious Cheek Colours, and our Kissable Lip Laques all contain Carmine.
