Our Policy


*All return's or refund's are at our discretion.  
*Items must be purchased on our website to be eligible for a refund.
*To qualify for a return you must email info@artistcouture.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order ID #, along with a brief explanation of why you would like to return the unused product.
Here at Artist Couture we value all our customers and strive on providing the best customer service experience along with quality products, your feedback is greatly appreciated and used in efforts to make sure similar cases don't happen. 
*Please note that all orders that include a promo code are not eligible for a refund.
*Emptied or refilled products are not eligible for a refund.
*We will issue a refund to your original form of payment (excluding shipping cost) within 48 hours of receiving the product back.

*If there was an error with your order, or you have received defective merchandise, please email info@artistcouture.com within 3 days of receiving your order, you must include a photo of the product with specific details on what was wrong when it arrived. 

* Must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery with a tracking number.
* Customers are responsible for shipping expenses unless otherwise noted.

*All orders are shipped via USPS.
*Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed (Please note that pre sale or out of stock items will be processed once that product becomes available).
*All items will ship once they have been processed unless otherwise noted. Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be supplied with every completed order. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update their system.
*US orders should arrive within 3-4 business days once it has left our warehouse  (Please note weekends and holidays can delay delivery time).


*International orders are welcome.
*Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.
*Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be taken care of by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. All international orders are prone to have minimal tracking once the package leaves the US.
