*If there was an error with your order, or you have received defective merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order, you must include a photo of the product with specific details on what was wrong when it arrived.
* Must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery with a tracking number.

*All orders are shipped via USPS.
*Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed (Please note that pre sale or out of stock items will be processed once that product becomes available).
*All items will ship once they have been processed unless otherwise noted. Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be supplied with every completed order. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update their system.
*US orders should arrive within 3-4 business days once it has left our warehouse (Please note weekends and holidays can delay delivery time).
*International orders are welcome.
*Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered.
*Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All international orders are prone to have minimal tracking once the package leaves the US.
